Job Title: General Manager - GM

About the Role: The GM is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations and marketing of the Company run smoothly. He/She ensures that NHF applications, mortgage loans, 25% Pension Contributions disbursement, outright sales of our houses, clients' prospecting, Presentation making and all other related Real Estate activities including our membership of REDAN are taken care of. Compliance with statutory/Regulatory authorities and all other tasks related to running a Real Estate Company are completed as expected.

Requirements:
* A minimum of B.Sc (2:2) or HND (Lower Credit) from a reputable tertiary institution.
* Must have practical knowledge and experience in the function of either a Real Estate Company or a mortgage bank with special emphasis on marketing, attending business meetings and making Presentations.
* 2 - 3 years experience in the role.
* Exceptional time management, good communication and customer service skills.
* High level of integrity, accountability, efficiency and accuracy.
* Excellent Knowledge of MS office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point)
