This is a CONCAVE CURVE TEMPLATE.

What it’s for:
Any concave curve on ANY cabinet or furniture.
TV console, wardrobe side, shelf end, internal structure.

How we use it at mdik Ltd:

1. FINAL FINISH PIECE: Use double-sided tape only.
No screws. No pins. No holes in the final surface.
2. INTERNAL STRUCTURE: Use screw or pin.
It’s faster and hidden, so accuracy + speed.

Today didn’t go as planned.

One of our team got injured on site.
We dropped everything.
Went to 3 pharmacies before one agreed to treat him.
Made sure he’s okay first.

The project will have to wait till tomorrow.
Because at mdik Ltd, people come first. Then the cabinets.

I BUILT MY OWN TRACK SAW BECAUSE I WAS TIRED 😤

Tired of factory adding extra 3cm to my board.
Tired of burning ₦20k fuel to go and “adjust”.
Tired of excuses.

Project 2. I had no money for ₦1.5M machine.
I had no car.
But I had a standard to keep.

So I built this Track Saw myself.
Track = straight cuts with guide rail
Plunge = cut inside board without starting from edge

Whether I have the money or not, the job must be neat.
That’s mdik ltd standard.

Stop giving excuses. Start finding solutions.

“Eyeballing” time is GONE 😂

Every time we bring extra hands to site, they want to just “hold and screw” the door.
But 3 months later? Gap here, gap there. Door no dey close.

This is the STANDARD way we do it at MDK:

1. Use a standard hinge mark: 3.7mm
Some go for 3.6mm but 3.7mm is the sweet spot.
2. Mark it. Don’t guess.
3. Install, then use the hinge adjustment to make it perfect.

Measure once. Adjust once. No stress later.
