Recently, we received a call from one of our valued customers whose solar power system was down. We know how important reliable power is for both homes and businesses, so we immediately jumped into action.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the batteries had a very low voltage, which was affecting the inverter’s performance. To get things back on track, we:
1️ Manually powered up the battery to kickstart the charging process.
2️ Disconnected the inverter’s output, allowing the solar panels to focus solely on recharging the batteries.
3️ Fine-tuned the bulk and floating charging voltages to the ideal levels, ensuring the system would function efficiently.
Despite some cloudy weather slowing down the process, our team stayed committed until the batteries were fully charged and the system was back to its optimal performance.
Thanks to our quick response and professional care, the customer’s solar system is now running smoothly, providing them with the sustainable energy they rely on.
