A customer chats you up for days…
✔️ Likes your post
✔️ Asks plenty questions
✔️ Says “I’m interested”
Then suddenly… P**F! 💨
They disappear like NEPA light🤣
Let’s talk about WHY customers show interest but still don’t patronize you...

I still remain Engr Jethro 😊

One day, a man messaged me about a solar setup💡
He asked price, battery life, warranty, even installation time.
I explained everything patiently.
He replied:
“Okay, I’ll get back to you.”
That “I’ll get back to you” is the most powerful spell in business 😂

So why does this happen❓

🔹 Trust is not complete yet
They like you, but they’re still watching. People buy confidence, not just products.

🔹 Price fear 😬
Sometimes they love your work, but their pocket is still arguing with their heart.

🔹 Too many options
They’re chatting you, chatting another installer, and comparing stories.

🔹 They don’t feel urgency
No clear reason to buy now. So they postpone.

🔹 Poor follow-up
If you don’t remind them gently, life will distract them fast.

💡 Lesson for us as techs & business owners:
Interest is not payment.
Conversation is not commitment.
But every message is a chance to build trust.
Talk clearly.
Show past work.
Educate, don’t pressure.
Follow up like a professional, not a beggar

CONCLUSION 🧠❤️
If customers don’t patronize you yet, don’t be angry.
Improve your trust, communication, and value.
The right ones will come… and they will stay .
