THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU IGNORE PROPER ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR PLUMBING SERVICES!

In my previous post, I spoke about the dangers of using 6-inch blocks for external walls and the hidden traps of poor plumbing channelling. Today’s video is proof of why Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination is non-negotiable in construction.
Look at this! Someone finishes building block walls, only to turn around and start heavy hammering and smashing massive holes through them just to route water supply and waste pipes.

What are the consequences of this amateur approach?
Compromised Structural Integrity: Smashing channels through completed walls creates deep structural fractures and weak points, leading to wall cracking or structural failure.
Pure Waste of Resources: Destroying blocks you paid for just to run pipes is not cost-saving—it is financial self-sabotage and extra labor costs for patching up.

The Root Cause: This happens when an unexperienced plumber is handed technical installations with zero advance planning or working drawings.

Construction is an integrated science. Pipes, ducts, and service sleeves should be strategically planned and accommodated as the structure goes up—not chiseled out in frustration after the fact!

Stop gambling with your building projects. Do it right, or don't do it at all.
