We could remember in November 2023 when Construction Company contacted Du-arc Ltd through Emeka Ajaezi that his clients needs a Seven (7) bedroom duplex due to the numbers of siblings in the family. We requested for the site plan. We saw the site plan and gave our professional advice that what is suitable for the plot is a Five (5) bedroom duplex that will comprise of all the necessary and luxury amenities as required by the client.

After much deliberations we agreed on this👇
