On Tuesday the Management of Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) announced that Nigeria had achieved a new electricity transmission peak of 4,545MW through its national network. The Nation notes that according to the statement by Seun Olagunju, the General Manager on public affairs, the feat was achieved at 21.45hrs on Monday. The previous power transmission peak of 4517MW was attained on December 23, 2012. [ 147 more words. ]

OUR METHOD OF OPERATION

1. SITE SURVEY: As a professional engineering company, our first job is to inspect our client’s proposed site, gathering all necessary information such as, types of loads, input voltage, total load, priority appliances, location for the proposed installation, desired backup time and budget. The gathered information helps us give a proper recommendation to our clients.

NOTE: SITE INSPECTION IS FREE

2. RECOMMENDATION: This is the second phase when we present our client the various options based on our knowledge on our client’s site and we also recommend the wisest, safest and reliable means of power.

3. CONTRACT: As professionals we present our clients two different contract options which are listed below:

OPTION A: Here we present our client a full payment option immediately after installation.

OPTION B: Here we present our client an opportunity to pay 50% of the contract sum and the other half on maximum 3 months installment. It should be noted that this option comes with an addition 5-10% of the contract sum and we collect opened post-dated cheques for the installmental payment immediately after installation.

4. INSTALLATION: During installation, We provide guidelines on the inverter and/or solar works and under what conditions it should operate. There are certain guidelines such as which appliances should not be used with an inverter/solar system, as well as certain tips to ensure your batteries last longer. These quidelines are provided to our customers to ensure that you can get the most out of your purchase.

5. AFTER SALES MAINTENANCE: As a professional engineering company we provide our client 3 months free service and maintenance support. The client covers any expenses on maintenance after these 3 months at a subsidized fee. For maintenance of systems not installed by us, A call-out charge of N5000 is collected in cash and the client covers the expenses that comes with such maintenance.

5. WARRANTY: All our products come with a warranty. Customers can get up to one year warranty is on our batteries and up to 2 years warranty on our inverters and solar panels.
