Welcome to the world of Sluishuis! This modern architectural marvel takes the concept of the Amsterdam building block and gives it a contemporary twist, perfectly suited for its unique location on the water.

The design is both innovative and inviting, with a clever elevation that allows the water to flow into the courtyard, creating a delightful interaction with its surroundings.

On the flip side, the building gracefully steps down, extending a warm welcome to IJburg through its charming green terraces. No matter where you are or how you approach it, Sluishuis never fails to amaze.

Whether you're admiring it from the d**e, motorway, or bridge, strolling along the jetties or the public route on the roof, or even marveling at it from above, this architectural gem promises to captivate you from every angle.
