Jacobson Builders would like to congratulate the team at Turner Road Architecture for being judged as a national finalist (1 of 3 in the whole country!) in the Residential over 300m2 category at the National ADNZ conference last month for a home we built! As always Lee and the team from Turner Road were brilliant to work with through the whole build along with our lovely clients Nick and Maria who now have a stunning award winning home.

Spring is well and truly here! Check out the blossom on this apple tree that will grow in a column - perfect for a planter close to the house for delicious apples in the autumn. The planter has been hand crafted on site - boxed up, concrete poured and when set the timber is removed leaving a stunning imprint of the wood grain.

This has to be one of my favorite photos! Beautiful evening light in the stunning entrance way at our St Kilda home. The concrete wall is a really nice contrast with the white walls, flooring - huge gallery windows and the cedar accents and bright green lawn that you can see through the window. Not to mention a gorgeous hanging light in black and brass.

How about this for a view from your living room? This house is built right on the wetland in St Kilda - uninterrupted views to the hills that will never be built out. Just stunning!
