We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Manager to oversee three water contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of these contracts, ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships with Clients and Stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of three water contracts, ensuring all contractual
obligations are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Stakeholders and
Subcontractors.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with all terms and
conditions.
• Managing risk and quality processes and procedures.
• Prepare and present regular reports on Contract status, performance and issues.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions, amendments and renewals.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract ex*****on.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Contract management, preferably in the Three Water
industry.
• A proven ability to lead and manage staff.
• Experience setting up programmes and sites.
• The ability to manage Health and Safety and QA on and off site.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of the technical, contractual and financial aspects of contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks and issues
simultaneously.
