Bringing this old villa in Beckenham back to life has been one of our favourite projects.✨

The vision was to carefully restore and modernise the home while keeping the original character and features that make these classic villas so special.

The response to the finished result was incredible, with 78 viewings in just two weeks and strong interest leading into auction.
