It’s been a busy few weeks here teamed up with some awesome people!

After getting a call to help out Jason at Ettrick Ag Services Ltd Taihape myself and Nick Fargher grabbed a 14 tonne digger out of hireways and headed up to taihape to make a start clearing up a whole lot of storm damage out the back blocks of Taihape.

In the back ground of that we have been pretty busy with some piloting as well. Sadly I have been slack on the camera and don’t have to many photos to share of this side, but how cool is the brand new motor scraper we shifted in to site for Stringfellows!

Cant thank everyone I work in with and around for the good work and the laughs provided making what we do a passion!

We have had a bit of a busy week with oversize loads this week! I’m terrible at getting photos of it all, but here’s what’s been on the cards for the week.
A good mate Nick Fargher from Rangeview Contracting is finally home from Canada and has been awesome assisting me with some shifts!
While I’ve been over this with HES, he’s been over the Manawatu helping Stringfellows get there gear around that side of the country.
Really appreciate him lending a hand!

Yesterday saw me helping HES shift a logging skidder, into a destination well known to myself, my Aunty and Uncles dairy farm out Noorswood.

This morning we had a bit of a cool job come in, Early morning shift out of the forest with HES, there D85 bulldozer has been sent in to Porongahau to help contain the bush fire with FENZ. Pretty humbled to be able to help get that machine shifted and sent to work helping out an awesome rural community.

Let’s see what next week holds for oversize loads! Cant wait!

Last week saw a busy week piloting! Cool loads, cool trucks, and some pretty cool sites to be seen!

Many different loads, water tanks, cabin bull dozers and some forestry gear!

In the back ground while I haven’t been piloting I’ve found myself helping out a good team over in palmy called Pro Ex solutions. Doing a variety of digger work and even been given the reins of the T66 bobcat! It’s a beaut!

Was quite the chilly start yesterday piloting for Nigel McPherson yesterday, but the clear day made for some awesome views from the office!

A huge thanks needs to be sent out to our good mate Nick Fargher for the use of his Dmax for the day while the new ute is still getting set up

We are lucky enough to have the return of Neil Ritchie on the mike
Huge amount of work has been done on the track to make it an awesome day
