Tracy's bathroom renovation wasn't a simple job. We were working with an 1800s stone cottage, no wall access, and walls that weren't square anywhere in the room. That's the kind of site where planning matters more than anything else.

What started as an existing home has evolved into a substantial extension and full-scale reconfiguration, involving extensive excavation, retaining, structural work, and large framing additions.

Projects like this require a huge amount of planning and coordination behind the scenes, and it’s been awesome seeing the vision now start to come together onsite.

The previous layout didn’t make the best use of the space. By swapping the bathroom and laundry positions, we created a more balanced, functional flow within the home.

The result:
• A well-proportioned, refined bathroom
• A streamlined and efficient laundry
• Smarter use of the existing footprint

The standout feature? An illuminated statement basin sourced by the client. Paired with matte black fixtures and a floating vanity, it adds a modern edge without overpowering the space.
