Alpine living, Wanaka.

Set against the dramatic landscape of Wānaka, this Lewis Architecture Alpine retreat is designed to sit quietly within its surroundings, with expansive views towards the Mount Aspiring and Roys Peak ranges.

Natural stone, warm timber and considered architectural lines create a refined yet grounded retreat — a place where the landscape becomes part of everyday living.

1960s St Clair Unit Renovation

A fresh take on a 1960s St Clair unit, bringing new life to the original character and form of the building through a simple, honest material palette.

The renovation combines plywood lining and exposed concrete block, creating a warm, modern interior while celebrating the raw, functional qualities of the existing structure.

Designed by Lewis Architecture and built by Blueskin Build.

A great example of how thoughtful detailing and straightforward materials can transform a modest space.
