Introducing Tim: an NZ Army apprentice turned international builder, with 26 years of industry experience under his belt. When he's not transforming blueprints to homes, find him outdoors, mountain biking or snowboarding with his family. His most cherished accomplishment? Handing over the first Highmark Home to thrilled and thankful clients.

Meet Rochelle: Quick on her feet, she's happily busy parenting two energetic little girls alongside Tim. Her downtime includes a good book, wine, and friendly catch-ups. Well-versed in customer service, her background spans travel consulting to banking and insurance.
