Happy National Volunteer Week! 🚒

At HD Plumbing & Gas, we're proud to support our local volunteer fire brigades.

Hayden and Lincoln are both members of the Feilding Volunteer Fire Brigade, giving their time to help protect our community alongside their work on the tools.

A big thank you to all the volunteers across New Zealand who give their time to support their communities. We appreciate everything you do 👏

You may have noticed we’ve been a little quieter on social media lately — but behind the scenes it’s been business as usual, with the team still working hard out on the tools.

The main reason for the quieter feed… Hayden and his wife recently welcomed their daughter Willow into the world ❤️

Safe to say HD Plumbing & Gas has officially gained its newest team member, although this apprentice is still several years away from being much help on the tools! 😂

In the meantime, we’re still on the lookout for a qualified plumber to join the team as the business continues to grow.

Appreciate all the support from our clients and community over the last few months — plenty more to come in 2026.

Both Hayden and Jack spent years playing for the club, so it’s pretty special to now be backing them from the sideline for a second year.

It's always good to get down and watch some footy and support a club that’s been a big part of the community for a long time.

Meet the Team 🔧

Lincoln joined HD Plumbing & Gas back in February, starting his apprenticeship in plumbing, drainage, and gasfitting.

After completing Gateway with us through Feilding High School last year, he took a real interest in the trade - so it was an easy decision to bring him on full time.

He’s a hard worker, keen to learn, and already proving himself on the tools (even if he’s a bit camera shy).

Good to have you on the team Lincoln!
