As promised, we’re back to show you the progress at 100 Kay road 👏

Since our last visit, there has been plenty happening on site,
Including TPO Membrane Roofing, Exterior + Interior Painting, solid plaster cladding, LH Linea Weatherboard Cladding, Fascia Boards and Downpipes. 🫡🦺

Projects like this are a great reminder of why we love what we do! We’re incredibly grateful for clients who continue to trust Cantec project after project. Building strong relationships and delivering results time and time again is what our business is built on.

No matter the size or scope of a project, every job is important, every client matters, and every opportunity to work together is appreciated 🤝

Last Friday’s Pink Ribbon Breakfast was an incredible success, and we’re excited to introduce a couple of the faces behind the scenes who helped make it happen!

Meet Robyn Holden, Our Office Manager, and Brendon McLean, our Managing Director 👏

If you’ve worked with Cantec, chances are you’ve delt with Robyn or Brendon at some stage throughout your project. For many of our long-standing clients, you’ve likely spoken many times but may not have had the chance to meet. Both Robyn and Brendon play Vital roles in the day-to-day success of Cantec, and we’re proud to Introduce them to our wider community 🤝

Last Friday, Cantec hosted our very first Pink Ribbon Breakfast!


A huge thank you to all that attended, donated, purchased raffle tickets, and supported this event !

We would also like to thank our amazing sponsors - your support helped make this event successful far beyond what we could have imagined or achieved on our own.

This breakfast simply wouldn’t have been nearly as successful without you 💝

We are proud to share that we raised just over $3,000 for The Breast Cancer Foundation NZ !

Back at Kay Road 👷

In 2024, the team completed exterior painting works on this site for a previous client, including :

•Soffits & Fascia
•Feature cedar timber beams
•Fascia boards
•Downpipes

Now in 2026, we’re proud to be back on site with a new client delivering another stage of works across multiple trades, this time including :

•Viking enviroclad TPO membrane roofing
•Exterior painting to the new extension including:
- Solid plaster cladding
- LH Linea weatherboard cladding,
- Fascia boards and downpipes
• Interior painting including:
- Gib plasterboard ceilings & Scotia
- Gib plasterboard walls
- Timber doors & architraves
- Timber trims, reveals and skirting

Great to see this project continuing to evolve, we are proud to be apart of this transformation! 🤝🫡
