Work continues - even in the chilly temperatures! The subfloor is now framed up with the floor screwed down, ready for the frames to turn up next week. For our current project, we now have the kitchen and bathroom installed. Soon this home will be ready for an owner! The house now has Gib installed and the plasterer will make a start next week. On the outside, the cladding is now installed too, ready for painting prep - and then painting! Taking a small break over Easter, but windows and doors will arrive at the start of next week. The pre-wire and pre-plumbing is now done and Gib install should start in the middle of April.
