Ruru Electrical is super proud to have been involved in some of the electrical set up for this awesome hauora initiative and project in Elgin, Kia Maia - Wellness Studio. Nō mātou te māringanui!

We installed the electrical, audio and visual components that will be utilised to access the virtual fitness programmes in the studio.

We ensured cables are hidden, presentation is ataahua and programmes operate in synchronisation across screens 💡🎶📺.

Straight from an electrical job that started at 7am to Kuki class at 6:30pm—Pāpā and son duo at it again! This time, they’re embracing their Kuki Airani culture with our awesome Ōrama ’anau.

Fun fact: Sean’s maternal grandfather is a Tom from Āmuri Village in Aitutaki. When Sean was the same age as Te Aohiri, he used to play drums in a Pasifika rōpū. Now, 17 years later, he gets to do it alongside his own tama.

Family time comes first, and we do our best to fit it in around all the mahi. Just another little snippet of our life. Aere rā!

After watching all those Long Distance Waka Ama champs out on the water these past weeks, Sean decided it was time to dive in the wai too! Nā mātou te waimārie, he's made it back to Gizzy early.

Well, that’s it, whānau! This dad is going to be a busy man this summer 🌞. If I'm not in your whare sorting out the electrics, I’ll be hooting up your yard with my young fella. We're kicking off his first entrepreneurial venture! I'll be right there with him every step of the way, handling quality control, tackling the big jobs, and doing all the heavy lifting. All equipment is included. Check it out, e te iwi! 🥰

We’re all about building self-sufficiency, independence, and a strong work ethic. Whether it’s through kai gathering, sports, cleaning the whare, preparing kai for the whānau, or caring for his nephew, this young tāne is learning the importance of kindness, contributing and community.

Help him on his journey by enquiring about our services! We’ll be available from mid-December through to the end of February, with operations opening up during each school holiday.

While you’re all out there catching waves, smoking your snapper and doing manu's off the traintracks this summer, I’ll be in your whare sorting out that electrical mahi! ⚡ After a big year of FIFO Mining Electrical work in WA, I’m stoked to be coming back home and ready to get cracking from 12th December 2024 to February 2025. If there’s heaps of interest, I might even stick around longer! 😎

Unlike most other tradies who'll be taking a break, I’ll be on deck and ready for call-outs, last-minute fixes, or those projects you’ve been putting off. Book me in, and I’ll make sure to sort you out with great deals and top-notch service.
