👷 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Labourers
• Civil construction experience preferred.
• Physically fit, reliable, and hard working.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Health & safety focused.
Operators
• Experienced & competent operators with strong all round civil skills.
• Class 2/4/5 licence and/or relevant endorsements advantageous.
• Managing day-to-day activities on site and maintaining accurate daily records and site documentation.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take pride in your work.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
Project Manager
• Proven experience in managing civil projects from start to finish.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
• Managing programmes, budgets, and resources.
• Confident in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Manage client relationships and project reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

📍 Based in Hamilton with sites in the wider Waikato & Bay of Plenty.
