BUILDER PROFILE - PHIL ROGERS

Meet Phil, the owner/operator of Phillip Rogers Builders Ltd, he's been working for KDH for 11 years, our longest-standing contract builder. With over 30 years in construction as a certified LBP, Phil's expertise shines through in the quality of his workmanship, producing beautiful homes for our clients.

Working alongside Phil in his crew of 3, is Dan who has been working for Phil for 10 years and his son Sean who is finishing off his apprenticeship. They currently have 4 builds underway, a transportable yard build (snapped here) and 3 onsite builds, in Te Kowhai, Whatawhata and Tauwhare.

Being part of the team for so long I had to ask Phil - "what's the best thing about working for KDH?" I enjoy the family run business environment, the good people and the continuity and variety of work. Projects can range from granny flats to large scale coastal homes and everything in-between.
