Buzz Electrics

Give us a set of electrical tools and we know exactly what we’re doing.

Give us a paintbrush… well, that’s another story. 😂

Our team swapped the tools for paintbrushes for a night of getting creative, having a few laughs and enjoying some time together.

Master electricians? Absolutely.
Master painters? We’ll let you be the judge.

Started in 1994 with a vision… and a set of values that still drive us today ⚡️
Buzz Electrics began when Buzz Barham returned home and built a business focused on something simple
👉 do the job right
👉 build long-term relationships
👉 back it with skill, training, and compliance
Over 30 years later… that foundation hasn’t changed.
But everything else has grown.
From new ownership and expanded expertise…
To tackling complex industrial projects…
To becoming part of a nationwide network of 1,600+ experts through Aotea Group…
We’ve evolved without losing what made us in the first place.
Today, Buzz Electrics is powered by a strong leadership team, deep industry knowledge, and a clear vision for the future under Managing Director Daniel White.
Local roots. National strength.
Built on people, partnerships, and doing things properly.
And we’re only just getting started.

A Platform Pro who’s already putting Mutu Vision to work 👀

Big congrats to Dean Mitchell from Buzz Electrics , our latest Platform Pro!

Dean’s been using Mutu across the business and has also been putting Mutu Vision to work, making adding equipment and tools to Mutu a much quicker process.

We love recognising the people who get behind Mutu and help make better resource visibility part of the day-to-day.

Nice work Dean, well deserved 🏆

Nominate a little legend to be a Magpie for a day!

Thanks to Buzz Electrics one lucky kid will win the ultimate rugby experience at every Hilux NPC home game this season!

Each game, one junior footy fan will get the chance to be the Buzz Electrics Magpie for a Day. That means delivering the match ball to the field before kick-off wearing the black and white Magpies jersey with pride, and even scoring a spot on the team bench for the game.

If you know a kid who lives and breathes footy, is mad for the Magpies, or just deserves a bit of a moment to shine, this is their chance.
