It's that time of the year again. We are busy getting lawns ready for the coming months, putting down pre-emergent products to control w**ds before they germinate. Slow-release fertiliser watered-in, in preparation for spring growth. It's a good time to get a wetting agent in early also, to improve water pe*******on and retention over the dry summer ahead. Last but not least, it's time to hit the grass grub, before it starts eating your lawns roots, leaving bare patches across the lawn. Busy Busy Busy.

We started a reno on this lawn a couple of months back. Weeds, poor drainage and little soil nutrients. First step was to get the soil aerated and conditioned. In the coming weeks we will cover with pre and post emergent to control new w**d growth. A light topdress and overseed should have it looking great for Christmas.
