Are you OK bro?
As we move into the colder months, when the sunny Bay vibes become a memory, vitamin D absorption becomes a little more scarce and moods may start to change. We worry about the mental health of our team - we spend the majority of waking hours with our team, and we hope they are OK. Even personally speaking, we know how important it is to be kind to ourselves and look after an irreplaceable tool - our mind.
This week we had Scotty 'Harv' Harvey along to our workshop breakfast to talk to the guys and gals about some of the work he does. Scotty offered his help even at the drop of a hat when sometimes mental health problems may become acute - give us a call, ill be there.
The work Scotty does on the grass roots of society can often mean the difference between life and death. We thank Scotty for his time and his commitment to the Bay community.
