Not much to look at yet, soon to become a level entry shower with floor to ceiling tiles throughout.
In this bathroom, we have used wool insulation in the ceilings/walls, which is a NZ made product made up of 70% wool 30% recycled polyester. A great alternative if your looking for something a bit more natural & user friendly.

Kitchen, dining & living overhaul.
Installed new ceiling batten's to straighten the 75mm of sag, insulation installed to the exterior walls, gib board on.
Ready for plaster then paint.
Kitchen has been site measured & in production.
Finished results coming soon.

Kitchen base cabinets are in, floor prep is underway. Cupboard doors, drawer fronts and end panels are off to be sprayed...

Another bathroom overhaul completed.
There wasn't much of the existing left only a few studs in the exterior wall & the floor joists.
A lot went into this bathroom, a couple of things that stand out for me was the Symphony Pinnacle shower tray, gunmetal tapware, full width tiled niche with mitered corners & the feature window as you walk in.

There was a lot happening for a small area. A bathroom window where a ranch slider used to be, new cladding, walls moved...

There was a lot happening for a small area.
A bathroom window where a ranch slider used to be, new cladding, walls moved/rebuilt and hot water cylinder replaced with a gas infinity.
Projekt Plumbing took care of all plumbing needs.

The re-clad and joinery install was completed last month, painting is now well underway.

It's ready for the ground works to start and then it will be onto the concrete slab for the new three bedroom build.

Ground works done, foundation prepped and slab poured for this garage.It always feels good to get the concrete in.
