This magenta spreen (lambs quarters or chenopodium)is finding its way in the garden after magically arriving in the post looking rather tiny and delicate a few weeks ago.
Thank you Greenhills Paradise for trusting us with one of your plant babies, adding beautiful edible plants to the garden is a favourite around here.
Looking forward to adding to salads or using just like spinach.

If you can't make Tuesday evenings then please send us your questions and so long as they are on topic we will answer them.
Tuesday May 10th Kay will share her learnings over the past year or so in her vege garden using ramial woodchip, and growing high brix food with no industrial fertiliser... as well as her new understanding that we are better not to practice crop rotation. In working through all of that a new way of garden planning has evolved. This live event can be found here https://www.facebook.com/events/1141366016658395/
