So much work goes on behind the scenes to get even the smallest details right in a home like this.

It really was a collective effort, from the incredible building team led by Phil, legendary Project Manager Scott who kept everything moving, through to Jon McAlpine’s architectural design, Trinity Interiors, and Paolo Moschino (London) , who also brought their expertise and beautiful materials to the project.

An epic effort by everyone involved.

We’re excited to be crafting these two homes on these special Mount sites.

The steel is now in place on the first of the homes, showcasing the scale
of the structure. Work on the road-front floor will commence shortly.

There are some beautiful materials and soulful interior detailing coming through, and both homes designed to adapt to changing needs through every stage of life.

We’ll share further progress over the coming months.

A recycled oar, something the owners had held onto for years, repurposed as the front door handle. The kind of detail that personalises a home and reflects the environment.

Enhancing the approach to the home is an entry pergola constructed in Tonka hardwood known for its strength in exposed conditions. Cedar battens add filtered light and softness against the surrounding materials.
Beyond the cedar-slatted door lies a covered walkway lined in rusticated 28mm weatherboard with extruded aluminium external corner flashings creating clean lines and aesthetic appeal.
