BCITO Graduation - Congratulations Dylan, Ethan & Stefan!

We are thrilled to celebrate Dylan, Ethan and Stefan, who officially graduated through BCITO at their graduation ceremony last month.

Three more legends coming through the Alexander Academy of Awesomeness. We're stoked for you all.

Qualifying as a carpenter isn't handed to you. It takes early mornings, hard graft, learning on the tools, and a real commitment to getting better every day. These three have done exactly that, and we couldn't be prouder.

A big part of that journey is the support around them. Through mentoring, coaching, and the backing of an awesome team, our Academy of Awesomeness Apprenticeship Programme is built to help our people go all the way - and that's exactly what these three have done.

We also want to take a moment to celebrate the Taylor family. Ethan is the third generation of Taylors who have proudly worked for Alexander. A legacy we're honoured to be part of. It says everything about the kind of company we are and the people who make us that way.

Congratulations team. On to the next chapter. 🙌

Congratulations to Ann Galloway and Gavin Cooper for the win at Te Kāhui Whaihanga architecture awards, receiving the Heritage Award for restoration of the former women's rest in Memorial Square.

On Wednesday, our team came together for our biannual State of the Nation event - a fantastic opportunity to connect, celebrate, and look ahead.

Highlights:

• Sam Hodgkinson Alexander CFO joins the Ladder of Legends! Congratulations on 10 years of dedication and excellence with Alexander Group.

• Ethan Taylor completed his apprenticeship! As the third generation of his family to work with us, Ethan represents the legacy, trust, and quality Alexander is built on.

• Updates from our Managing Director, Health & Safety Coach, and Divisional Managers kept us in the loop from across the Alexander Group.

• And some brilliant AI humour got a chuckle or two from the team!
