Sprayed all the old Couch/Kikuyu to kill it off, tilled the soil breaking up the deep root systems and cleared all the dead plant matter from the soil.

Leveled out the area for a smooth finish, sprinkled our unique Fertilizer blend before a thick layering of new lawn seed.
