The customer requested the renovation of the existing conservatory.
The existing conservatory was below an acceptable standard of construction and showed signs of water ingress.
Inadequate framing and insulation rendered the conservatory unsuitable for its intended use.
Given its condition and construction, no part of the existing structure could be retained. Complete demolition and reconstruction were therefore required, including the installation of new aluminium windows.
The end result was a conservatory that connected to the existing living space creating a warm sunny space.

Our customer wanted to update the exterior look of their home.
The old brick and mortar looked dated. They wanted something that had a more modern look.
By installing some Innova Stratum cladding along with a slick paint job, the curb appeal of the home has vastly improved.
