We removed the old tile roof and replaced it with a modern long run option. This meant installing all new purlins for proper support and performance. While we were there, the customer chose to upgrade the insulation and replace all existing HRV ducting with insulated piping — future-proofing their home for better efficiency and comfort.

This full transformation took just a day and a half from start to finish.

🚨 Hidden Roofing Mistakes Can Lead to BIG Repairs! 🚨

This internal gutter had a critical flaw: no underlay beneath the gutter and the roofing paper running under it instead of into it. This meant:

❌ Water bypassed the gutter, increasing the risk of leaks and internal damage.
❌ Moisture was getting trapped under the gutter, putting the valley timber at risk of rot and costly repairs.

✅ We removed the sheets, lifted the gutter, and installed the underlay correctly—directing water into the gutter where it belongs.
✅ Reinstalled the existing gutter and refitted the sheets for a long-lasting, watertight fix.
