We have a few things to update you on here at JP Build… plenty has been happening behind the scenes both at home and on the tools.
One of the biggest changes has been the newest addition to our family. But before Roxana arrived, there was a little journey that led us there…
After selling our new build last year, we were on the hunt for a place to call our own again, somewhere we could bring our new baby home to. We eventually found a house that had plenty of potential, but also needed a little (or a lot!) of TLC.
As these things often do, one project quickly turned into a few and before long, we found ourselves looking at the house through a completely different lens. Thinking about how we could make it work for our growing family, and how we could use the skills and experience behind JP Build to transform it into a home ready for a new chapter, and a new addition.
Nothing like taking on a renovation just before your due date to get things moving! 😂
Not long after moving in our family welcomed another beautiful little addition, Roxana Charlie-Rose Paynter 🤍
For the past couple of months life has been full in the best possible way.
So, while it’s been a little quiet around here, there has been plenty happening behind the scenes. We’re excited to share a little more of the journey with you so keep posted to see the home that kept us busy in the lead-up to welcoming Roxana.
For now a little moment for the newest arrival to the grid.
We’re grateful for this season. Here’s to making a house a home, and the beautiful chaos that comes with a growing family. 🏡🤎
