A recently completed project of 63x 'Homestar 7' homes in New Brighton, working alongside Home Construction to bring the exterior vision to life through soft landscaping 🌱

Our work comprised of the planted gardens, stepping stones, raised planters and areas of both real and imitation lawn, which complemented the architecture while adding softness, texture and greenery throughout the site 🏡

A look at one of our current landscape projects as it takes shape on site. 👷‍♂️

Designed by our Senior Landscape Architect, Celia, and now being brought to life by our construction team, this project is a great example of how One Square Rate takes care of everything in-house from concept through to construction.

Our team on site have been working hard to bring the design together and are doing an amazing job executing the client’s landscaping vision. From crazy paving, decking and a level entry paved patio, to the finer details of planting and the client's feature tile, every element is starting to come together.

There’s still plenty more to come, and we’re looking forward to seeing this landscape being completed very soon 🌳

🤎 FROM BARE TO BEAUTIFUL 💚

There’s something satisfying about seeing a lawn transformation. 🌿

For this new build, we started with bare ground and prepped it level with topsoil before using hydroseeding to evenly apply a mix of grass seed, mulch, fertiliser and water.

An efficient way to get a fresh lawn underway, with uniform coverage and the right conditions for healthy establishment.
