UDEN HOMES

At Uden Homes, building experience begins on site.

Our two directors and lead builder/project manager are all licensed builders, bringing a rare level of hands-on expertise to New Zealand’s residential building industry. We believe great homes and well-managed projects come from people who truly understand the work - how materials perform, how products age, and what quality looks like at every stage.

When you speak with Uden Homes, you’re talking to people who’ve been on the tools, built the homes, and bring that real-world know-how to every project.

Opito Bay — A Slice of Paradise, Built With Trust

What began as plans for a modest bach quickly evolved into a one-of-a-kind five-bedroom coastal home — built by the Uden Homes team.

5 Beds | 3 Baths | 170m² Floor | 1082m² Land

Despite pandemics, storms, and road closures, this home was delivered with the same commitment to quality and communication we bring to every project.

Here’s what the owners, Stu & Rosie, had to say:

“From the very first conversation, Robbie asked the right questions and offered honest, upfront opinions. His commitment to quality made choosing Uden Homes easy.
Despite every challenge, Robbie and the team delivered a stunning home seamlessly built into the land. Our guests constantly comment on how well-built and welcoming it feels.
When it’s time to build our boat shed, we’ll be calling Uden Homes again without hesitation.”

It’s been a privilege bringing this dream to life.
