Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior QS to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and fulfilling clients' enquiries about scaffolding and our extended service solutions tailored to the customer's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the company’s scaffolding sales within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to clients regarding scaffolding products and safety standards.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, safety regulations, and competitors’ activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project ex*****on.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in scaffolding or construction-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding products, safety standards, and NZ building regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid NZ driver’s license.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
