Hi Everyone, beautiful day and perfect for replacing these rotten boards at the pioneer village, we volunteer our time and we find it so rewarding keeping these beautiful buildings water tight. Helpers always required, contact them if you have any skills or spare time.

Finally stopped raining on our volunteer days at the Pioneer Village. We got the roof finished off so that will keep the printing shop dry. We've just got to put some spouting up now to finish this project off.

I'm sorry I don't get too much time to post stuff regularly, but today I think is worthy of a mention. A few weeks ago I volunteered as a helper for the Pioneer village, helping out here and there. Well as you'd expect I volunteered the boys to help. Today we stripped of one side of a roof and replaced the rotted out internal gutter. As you can see we've re-roofed one side, just got the other side to do to finish it off. It felt really good using our skills to safe guard our past. Thanks Jonnie, Jimmy and Oliver for being press ganged into service.

I don't post often as I don't want to bore you to tears hearing about the exciting life of a gas fitter and plumber, but I do like to keep you all up to date with the big business developments. We are pleased to announce that Jimmy Coull is unlucky enough to join us to start his apprenticeship. We are really pleased to have him on board and he's already proved his worth to the business. What will the next 4 years bring? Plenty of Micky taking and laughs I'm sure. By the way, thankyou for all your likes, shares and other tinternet wonders that you perform to make us a success.

Well everyone, great news, Jonnie has finally joined me in the business. I'd like to personally thank Graham and Scotty at GJS Plumbing for mentoring Jonnie through out his apprenticeship and helping him to be the fine craftsman that he is. I'm glad that Jonnie is able to move onto the next level in his career and enjoy being self employed. Onward and upward welcome aboard son.

Good morning everyone, Stratford scarecrow festival is in full swing and here is On the spot gas and plumbing's entry. My main man was holding the apprentice by his boots with his head down a man hole, but, oops he fell on, but not to worry, he found his own way out. Lol, I have told him times about his builders bum too.

Kathy and Colin are opening their new log fire🔥 shop today. Selling a great range of log fires at great prices. Colin also installs them himself so you get the job done the best way, how you agreed. The shop is on the main road at Ngaere. We'll be there to share in the mince pies tonight at their mid winter Christmas opening. Open until 7 or beyond tonight.

I've not really been posting much on here regarding my plumbing and gas business as I've been very busy and in demand. I thought I must put a post on now as recently quite few new Customers have used recommendations on Facebook and fellow Facebookers have recommended me.
