We couldn’t be prouder of our apprentice, Logan, for taking out 1st Place at last night’s Bay Of Plenty and Hawkes Bay Apprentice of the Year Awards with Master Builders.

This achievement is a reflection of Logan’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to the construction industry. He consistently gives 100%, is always looking to learn, improve, and challenge himself, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.

New Project | Papamoa

From concept to construction-another exciting JBH project is now underway in Papamoa.

For this home,our clients engaged JBH Builder’s to deliver the complete design-and-build package, with the brief to create a home that worked beautifully for their family while reflecting their own considered design direction.
Working closely with our clients through the design process, we were able to bring their ideas with our practical building knowledge, creating a home that balances functional, architectural detail and a relaxed coastal aesthetic.

This result is this stunning design-and we’re excited to see it come to life!

By engaging us early in the design journey, our clients benefit from our knowledge or current materials and finishes, construction methods, build ability and real world building costs.

Remedial Transformation | 4 Pacific Ave

We’ve begun a major coastal renovation in Mount Maunganui, restoring a late 90’s home affected by significant water ingress and exterior damage.

From stripping back cladding and roofing to completely modernising parts of the home, this project is all about restoring quality, improving functionality, and creating a durable home built for coastal living.
