"We were living in a different country so having his stringent inspection and expertise was crucial."

When you cannot walk through the house yourself, the report has to do the walking for you.

Thanks Sai. Glad we could be your eyes on the ground.

Vehicles out of the weather. Gear off the lawn. Everything under one very solid roof.

The team wrapped up this three bay shed earlier in the year. The black cladding looks great, but the real win for the client is the protection. No more frost on the windscreen, no more gear rusting away outside.

Built to last. End of story.

Throwback to an awesome day filming with Team Kartolo.

Under the house. Through the roof space. Round every window.

If it's part of the house, we have a look at it.

Caught up with Riley from Harcourts Blackham & Co to talk about the market.

We work alongside the team at Harcourts on a fair few building inspections, and we're both seeing the same thing right now. First-home buyers are out in force, and they want move-in ready.

Also had to say congrats to Riley and the team on picking up REINZ Office of the Year for their size. Well deserved.
