A hill site gives you a view. It also gives you a few things worth considering before you start. Every decision, from excavation and drainage to retaining, waterproofing and access, has the potential to either support your home's design or compromise it.

We’re proud to share that we’ve officially entered the 2026 Master Builders Commercial Building Awards with our collaboration alongside Mackenzie District Council 👏

This project, the Bike Shelter & Public Toilets at the start of the A2O Track, marks the beginning of an incredible journey for riders, and what a place to start.

Designed to serve both locals and visitors, the space includes accessible toilets, water fountains, and picnic areas, all set against some of the most stunning views Tekapo has to offer.

This was more than just a build, it was a community project we’re incredibly proud to have been part of. Creating a functional, welcoming hub in such an iconic location made this one truly special.

Good luck to all entrants 👊 we’re honoured to be in the mix.
