Paintworks is proud to be part of the new stadium development, where we have been working on various aluminium joinery, cladding and flashings throughout the site. Now with a bigger team, we are able to complete a wider range of repairs and recolouring jobs in Christchurch, Queenstown and throughout the South Island. From a small scratch to giant commercial projects -and servicing our regular clients as well. Thank you for all of your referrals and continued support for our growing business, where we continue to strive for quality refinishing.

There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to ensure we are not just complying with health and safety policies, procedures and regulations but going above and beyond. With an expanding staff and chocka-block work schedules, health and safety is a top priority for our hard-working team.

Recently we completed a full recolour on the aluminium joinery and balustrades at this beautiful home in Westmorland. The customer agrees this looks absolutely stunning.

We have also finished a weeks' worth of work in Queenstown and have the week ahead in Cromwell and Twizel, on top of our regular Christchurch work. The guys (and girls) are smashing it! No rush like the Christmas rush.

Our workshop is also pumping the work - we do a lot of painting for engineering firms, but these last couple of months have seen an increase in joinery and cladding come through. Stay tuned to our pages for an influx of photos and check out our Trade Me ad seeking a new painter.

Engraved sign panels and mounting posts painted in two-pack to match Pantone colour "Bruin Grijs". These will be placed in a War Memorial Garden that is scheduled to open in Upper Riccarton. We are really pleased with the beautiful finish we achieved in our workshop.

It's been a hot minute between social media posts but it's no understatement to say there's been a lot going on.
Here is something you might not have known about us - we paint PVC frames; uPVC to be exact. Due to a lack of plasticisers it is more commonly used for windows and doors rather than the stretchy PVC you might usually think of. Achieving optimal paint adhesion to plastics can be tricky business - but with the right technology and applications we are not only able to make it work but make it last. We recently painted a house lot in the workshop - and a couple on site. If you have something that needs painting, whether it's windows, doors or something a bit more unique - get in touch today!

Our health and safety policies and procedures have constantly been evolving and improving thanks to the hard work of our team. We have recently signed up with Site Wise who have a database of pre-approved contractors that demonstrate commitments to health and safety protocols and use Site Wise as a pre-qualification tool. We are stoked to receive a Gold status as a pre-approved repairer and a shiny certificate to show Mum.
