Part 1☝️of this home renovation series showcases the transformation of this 1960s Lower Hutt home from dated to modern.

The original kitchen was closed in, lacked storage, and simply wasn't designed for modern family living. By opening up the space and completely reimagining the layout, we created a light-filled kitchen that connects seamlessly with the dining area and outdoor entertaining space.

Thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a layout that will serve this family for many years to come.

Big progress happening on this stunning home addition 👏

What started as an existing conservatory has now been completely transformed, with demolition complete and the new addition well underway.

This project includes:
• A brand-new roof
• New kitchen & lounge extension
• Structural steel installation
• Full framing and roofing works

It’s been awesome seeing this space evolve from concept to construction, and we can’t wait to share the finished result with you all.
