Resetting up the unaligned Toilet Pan to its straight position and replaced the broken Pan Collar seal. The problem is...the Toilet Pan was installed in a misaligned position which than put pressure on the Pan Collar seal which caused the seal to break which causes the leakage from the Pan Collar.
The Toilet Pan was realigned and the Pan Collar was replaced with a new one.
Shower Tray was constructed and cementing work completed.

Reconnecting sewerage line to the main sewerage outlet. The problem is back flow because the outlet from the toilet pan is lower and the main sewerage line is high so it cause back flow.
