DESIGN MODELLING SHOULD LOOK REALISTIC, DETAIL AND TO SCALE:

List to consider:

(avoid using primary colours)
(materials choice must be in scale and clearity)
(all forms: I.e height, lenght widths etc ... Including the landscaping, site plants and human representation must be given in real scale or proportional.

I've seen few draftsman, building designers and engineers trying to model out your design but there are lack in Visual Arts and Design Elements.

Therefore, here I'm trying emphasis some of the elements and principles that could guide your design to gives pleasing, harmony and aesthetics for the client's impressions.
