🏗️ HIRING: PROJECT ARCHITECT
NB Arch Studio is looking for a Project Architect to join our growing design team in Davao City.
We’re seeking someone passionate about design, detail, and project ex*****on — someone who can take ideas from concept to construction with creativity and discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead project design and documentation from schematic to construction phase
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Produce BOQ/BOM and Project Technical Specifications
- Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and buildability
- Manage timelines and oversee junior staff
- Conduct site visits and ensure design integrity during construction
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (RA 9266)
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in design and construction documentation
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or Lumion
- Strong sense of design, coordination, and attention to detail
- Good communication and leadership skills
