Situated in Legazpi City, Albay, with proximity to the Albay Gulf, this proposed two-storey residential development is thoughtfully designed to respond to both present needs and future adaptability.

Occupying a compact 75 sqm lot, the design strategically maximizes spatial efficiency through the integration of firewall systems, allowing optimal land use while maintaining privacy and structural integrity. Despite this constraint, the planning prioritizes environmental responsiveness: all interior spaces are carefully articulated to receive ample natural light and cross-ventilation through well-considered fenestration.

The dwelling is envisioned as a PWD-friendly home, embedding accessibility into its core planning to ensure comfort, dignity, and long-term usability for its occupants, particularly the elderly.

Architecturally, the residence expresses a modern minimalist language, where clean lines and functional clarity converge to create a façade that is both timeless and intentional.

A home designed not only for today, but with foresight for the evolving needs of tomorrow.
