🔹 Sales Executive
Job Description:
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities within the Industrial and machinery sector.
• Generates sales relative to the sales target set by the company.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships
• Negotiates terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable business deals.
• Maintains accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
• Provides weekly sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Qualification:
✅ Graduate of any marketing or any other related course
✅ With at least 1-2 years work experience in Sales (Industrial machineries or Heavy Equipment Industries) is a plus
✅ Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
✅ Good negotiation skills and sales aptitude
✅ Willing to travel and perform regular fieldwork
✅ Driver's license is required for this position
🔹 Sales Admin Assistant
Job description:
• Check order details of costumer and making sure that all information are complete.
• Handles quotation and documents.
• Collate bidding prices and assist Sales Executives in the preparation of proposals and accreditations for customers.
• Assist sales in completing all bidding requirements.
• Responsible for the preparation of sales request for payment, add-on requests, travel request form for the Sales Department and clients, etc.
• Responsible for handling and monitoring Sales itinerary reports.
• Coordinator for marketing efforts (Brochure, Social media platforms, etc.)
• Preferably has experience in Heavy Equipment
•Other duties assigned by the Manager
Job Qualification:
✅ Graduate of any marketing or Business related course
✅ With at least 2 years work experience in Sales (Industrial machineries or Heavy Equipment Industries) is a plus
✅ Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
