The project is currently in its planning and site analysis stage, where accurate terrain mapping and elevation data are essential in developing a safe, efficient, and well-planned structure especially for hillside developments.

9 Base Construction and Development Corporation successfully completed the "Construction of Stage with Comfort Room and Dressing Room (Phase 2)" located at Bakun Central Elementary School.

The project involved the construction of a multi-purpose facility, executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and structural standards.

From structural framework, reinforcement works, and slab concreting. Every phase was carefully supervised to ensure quality, safety, and durability.

What most people call drying is actually a chemical process known as hydration, where cement reacts with water to form strong bonds. As long as there is enough moisture, this reaction continues even for years.

This is why proper curing is critical. Keeping concrete moist for at least 7–14 days after pouring significantly improves its strength and durability. Without proper curing, even a well-designed mix can develop cracks, reduced strength, and long-term durability issues.

9 Base Construction and Development Corporation was built by nine siblings, each bringing their own strength, skill, and determination. What started as a shared vision among family became a foundation strong enough to grow into something greater.

The number 9 represents those siblings, the core of who we are.

In our logo, the large gear forming the number 9 symbolizes their unity. Each tooth represents a role, a contribution, a sacrifice. Together, they move as one driving the company forward.

Attached to it is a smaller gear, turning because of the larger one. This represents the next generation the sons, daughters, and future builders who will continue what was started. Just like in any machine, movement is passed on. What one generation builds, the next sustains and improves
