OT in the office since its holiday tomorrow and before heading back to Davao City…..making sure our office will run smoothly even without my day to day presence. The less your presence is, the stronger the company gets, it means it can stand on its own……parang baby lang yan, when it learns to walk on its own you allow it to soar high.🦅

Today’s site visit at Sentrina Calamba, Laguna to inspect RCDC’s completed housing units and continuous coordination of punch lists to ensure project completion, compliance, and proper handover.

Also to formally follow-up on the release of our remaining retention after the DLP.

Sentrina’s Project Engineer, Engr. Kevin showed me all the completed units:

Greenhouse Project Work Progress - Feb.1-5, 2026

Site Works:

1. Substantially completed UV and Netting.

2. Completion of downspouts’ Gutter and horizontal drain pipes including a 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm deep outfall chambers.

3. Substantially did the Anterooms side wall netting and other parts requiring the final termination clippings.

4. Final adjustments for the A Frame to stand 1.5m high.

5. Final assembly for the Shade Net - pillow blocks

6. Final clipping of all loose UV Roof sheets and netting.

7. Fixing the Ceiling and wall insulation inside the Solar Power Control Room.

Site Works:

1. Resuming the leveling of the ground and installation of the bed metal frames for the Soiless Bucket Sytem including the A- Frame fabrication and assembly;

2. Soiless bucket metal framing works x 5 Rows in progress.

3. A- Frame set up completed

4. Completion of Channel profile clips fixing for remaining parts to allow the completion of the netting and UV sheets.
