Huwag madaliin ang floor plan. Mas mahal ang magbago habang ongoing ang construction kaysa ayusin ito sa simula.

2. Budgeting
Maglaan ng contingency budget. Kapag minadali ang budgeting, madalas kulang ang pondo at napuputol ang proyekto.

3. Material Selection
Huwag piliin ang pinakamura agad. Piliin ang quality materials na swak sa budget para iwas repairs sa future.

4. Contractor Selection
Huwag mag-hire dahil lang sa pinakamababang presyo. Suriin ang experience, portfolio, permits, at reviews.

5. Finishing Works
Painting, tiles, waterproofing, at final detailing, ito ang madalas minamadali. Pero dito nakikita ang quality ng bahay at dito rin nagsisimula ang maraming problema kapag hindi maayos ang pagkakagawa.
