In architecture and construction, not everything goes according to plan. There are unexpected changes, difficult decisions, and seasons of uncertainty.

Real talk lang, hindi dahil mas mura ang offer, ibig sabihin mas makakatipid ka na. Maraming homeowners ang nauuwi sa mas malaking gastos dahil sa mga bagay na akala nila ay "pwede na". 😬

🚩 Walang kontrata?
Kapag puro usapan lang at walang malinaw na kasunduan, madali magkaroon ng misunderstanding pagdating sa scope ng trabaho, timeline, at bayaran.

🚩 Walang detailed plans?
Hindi sapat ang simpleng floor plan lang. Kapag kulang ang drawings, mas mataas ang chance ng mali sa site, revisions, delays, at dagdag gastos.

🚩 Walang site supervision?
Hindi porket may contractor na, okay na agad. Importante pa rin na may professional na nagmo-monitor para siguradong nasusunod ang plano at quality standards.
